Bartlett entered their tilt with Ridgewood on Thursday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They blew past the Rebels 7-1.

Alex Bihun was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April.

Bartlett was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Bartlett's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-13-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Ridgewood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-13-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bartlett will square off against South Elgin at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Ridgewood, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Glenbard East at 4:30 p.m. The Rams will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Rebels surely won't give up without a fight.
