Pebblebrook is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Georgia's top teams: McEachern, who was ranked fourth at the time (Pebblebrook was ranked 25th). Pebblebrook took a 63-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of McEachern on Friday. The Falcons have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, South Cobb posted their closest victory since December 5, 2023 on Monday. They had just enough and edged Mount Paran Christian out 53-51.

Pebblebrook's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for South Cobb, their win bumped their record up to 11-8.
