Football Recap: Tranquillity Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Tranquillity extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 1-7. They took a blow against the Dos Palos Broncos, falling 56-6. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 855th, while the Broncos are ranked 258th).

As for Dos Palos, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 49.3 points over those games.

Andre Flores had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 78 yards and one touchdown on only seven carries, while also picking up 39 receiving yards and one score. Quinton Herrera was another key player, throwing for 89 yards and a pair of TDs.

Tranquillity has already played their next game, a 55-0 loss against Coalinga on the 24th. As for Dos Palos, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 31-14 win against Firebaugh on the 24th.
