Softball Recap: East Union Lancers vs. Lincoln Fighting Zebras

East Union waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Lincoln Fighting Zebras as they made off with a 20-1 win. With that victory, the Lancers brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

Lily Pickering made a splash while hitting and pitching. She tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in March. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.
