            Softball Preview: Campbell Sabers vs. Kapolei Hurricanes        
        
		
        
        
            The Campbell Sabers are taking a road trip to  square off against the Kapolei Hurricanes  at 3:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Campbell has given up an average of 7.8  runs per game this season, but Tuesday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Campbell is probably headed into the  matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Grand Terrace just ended the team's  three-game winning streak  on Saturday. They came up short against  the Titans, falling  12-4. The  contest marked the Sabers' lowest-scoring  game so far this season.
 Campbell saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Skylynne Gonzalez, who  went 1-for-2 with one  triple. That  hit marked the first that  Gonzalez  got this season.
Meanwhile, Kapolei faced Mililani in a battle between two of the state's top teams last Saturday. Kapolei fell  13-9 to Mililani. The  defeat   continues a  trend for the Hurricanes in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost six in a row.
  Kieryn Imai was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 1-for-3 with three  RBI and one  double.  Skyla Saito was another key player,  scoring a  run while  getting on base  in two of her four plate appearances.
