Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Kali Dancy and Amelia Williams Lead C3 Concord Christian School to Victory

The C3 Concord Christian School Rams sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 43-41 win over the Oak City Prep Bears on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rams.

Leading C3 Concord Christian School to victory were Amelia Williams and Kali Dancy. Williams posted 21 points and five boards, while Dancy put up 16 points and six rebounds. Kennedy Yesh was another key player, putting up five points.

Oak City Prep's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dareka Goodwin, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Bree Shojgreen, who earned 16 points and seven boards.

C3 Concord Christian School now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Oak City Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

C3 Concord Christian School didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 59-36 loss against Cresset Christian Academy on the 17th. As for Oak City Prep, they will challenge Chapel Hill at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday.
