West Catholic came out on top against Forest Hills Central on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive ten-run fourth inning. The Falcons put the hurt on the Rangers with a sharp 16-5 win. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matchups by six runs or more this season.

West Catholic has been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.2 runs over those games. As for Forest Hills Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-16.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Catholic will venture away from home to face off against Belding at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Forest Hills Central, they will square off against Caledonia at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
