Softball Recap: Samson Tigers vs. Geneva County Bulldogs
Samson waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Geneva County Bulldogs 18-1. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 16-2 win the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2025.

Ryleigh Jackson was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April of 2025. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.
