Plymouth hadn't done well against Goshen recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Pilgrims/Rockies walked away with an 8-4 win over the RedHawks. This was payback for the Pilgrims/Rockies, who suffered an 8-7 loss the last time these two teams met.

Ethan Hall was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Drake Feece, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and four RBI.

They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: Plymouth lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.

Plymouth's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Goshen, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Plymouth will face off against rival Wawasee at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Goshen is set to take on their familiar foe Concord at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
