Soccer Recap: Gardena Finishes Even with Narbonne

For the first time this season, Gardena was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Narbonne Gauchos could gain the upper hand on Wednesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Gardena's goal came courtesy of Franco Valenzuela, which was the first he's scored this season.

With that draw, Gardena's record moves to 1-5-1. Meanwhile, Narbonne's record is now 7-3-3.

Gardena has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against San Pedro on the 17th. As for Narbonne, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Banning on the 17th.
