Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Amboy). They snuck past Koinonia Academy with a 49-44 win on Thursday.

South Amboy's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Koinonia Academy, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. South Amboy will face off against Middlesex on Wednesday. Middlesex will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something South Amboy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Koinonia Academy, they will take on Timothy Christian on February 28th.
