The Evangelical Christian Eagles will square off against the First Assembly Christian Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Evangelical Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season.

Meanwhile, after some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matches, First Assembly Christian finally came back down to earth on Friday. They fell just short of Millington Central by a score of 3-2. The Crusaders' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Jadan Santucci was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, First Assembly Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ronin Badoud, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.
Evangelical Christian pushed their record up to 15-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for First Assembly Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 10-15-1.
