Basketball Recap: Saturday's Win Is St. Thomas More's 12th in Last 13 Outings

St. Thomas More won the last time they faced LaGrange and things went their way on Saturday too. The St. Thomas More Cougars walked away with a 36-28 victory over the LaGrange Gators.

Hayden Quinlan was the offensive standout of the game as she went 6 of 11 on her way to 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Blaire Mccauley, who posted eight points and three steals.

St. Thomas More has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for LaGrange, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Thomas More will welcome Barbe at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for LaGrange, they will take on Sam Houston at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
