Baseball Game Preview: Stockdale Mustangs vs. Garces Memorial Rams

For the second straight game, Stockdale will face off against Garces Memorial. The Mustangs are taking a road trip to square off against the Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Stockdale has three straight wins, Garces Memorial has six straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Wednesday, Stockdale beat Garces Memorial 5-1.

Gabriel Borja looked comfortable as he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in eight consecutive appearances.
