East Paulding came out on top against Paulding County on Friday thanks in part to Kainan Kennedy's efforts. Kennedy picked up 60 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 34 yards. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2024.

Kennedy and East Paulding will face off against Hiram at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Kennedy will face off against Dylan Maina, the Hornets' star rusher.
