Basketball Game Preview: Henrico Warriors vs. Varina Blue Devils

Henrico is 2-8 against Varina since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Henrico Warriors will host the Varina Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Henrico's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five matches.

Meanwhile, Varina entered their tilt with Patrick Henry on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They took their contest with ease, bagging an 84-49 win over the Patriots. The Blue Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season.

Varina has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season. As for Henrico, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6.
