Basketball Game Preview: Miller Rustlers vs. Crow Creek Chieftains

The Miller Rustlers will face off against the Crow Creek Chieftains at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Miller will bounce into Tuesday's matchup after beating Sully Buttes, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Miller walked away with a 60-52 victory over Sully Buttes on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rustlers.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Crow Creek). They blew past McLaughlin 90-35 on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Chieftains as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Miller's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.7 points per game. As for Crow Creek, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-6.
