Volleyball Recap: Atchison Comes Up Short

Atchison lost against Paola back in October of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Phoenix took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-8.

Atchison's loss dropped their record down to 11-21-4. As for Paola, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-8 record this season.

Atchison does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Paola, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Wamego on the 25th.
