Softball Recap: Hoopeston Cornjerkers vs. Watseka Warriors

Hoopeston lost against Watseka back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Hoopeston Cornjerkers fell just short of the Watseka Warriors by a score of 8-7. Hoopeston has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jersey Cundiff made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 4-for-4 with a home run and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Macy Warner, who got three hits from her three at bats.
