Basketball Game Preview: Carver College and Career Academy Wolverines vs. Middlesex Chargers

The Carver College and Career Academy Wolverines will venture away from home to take on the Middlesex Chargers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Carver College and Career Academy is leaving town to face Middlesex after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. Carver College and Career Academy fell just short of Amelia County by a score of 48-46 last Monday. While the Wolverines didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Raiders 15-11 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Middlesex). Everything went their way against Rappahannock on Monday as Middlesex made off with a 68-45 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Chargers have posted since February 8th.

Carver College and Career Academy came up short against Middlesex when the teams last played back in February, falling 73-66. Can Carver College and Career Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
