Softball Recap: Hathaway Takes a Loss

While it was Hathaway who put the first runs on the board on Monday, it was Washington-Marion who put up more. The Hornets came up short against the Charging Indians, falling 19-5. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hathaway's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10-2. As for Washington-Marion, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hathaway will head out to challenge Basile at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Washington-Marion, they will venture away from home to face off against Lake Charles College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
