Volleyball Game Preview: Richlands Wildcats vs. West Carteret Patriots

Richlands hasn't had much luck against West Carteret recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Wildcats will look to defend their home court against the Patriots at 6:00 p.m.

It was a proper cat-fight when Richlands took on Croatan on Tuesday. The Wildcats came up short against the Cougars, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, West Carteret had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Mariners as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: West Carteret took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-10, 25-12.

Richlands' loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for West Carteret, their victory bumped their record up to 17-2.
