Preview: Comstock Colts vs. Cassopolis Rangers
The Comstock Colts will be home for the holidays to greet the Cassopolis Rangers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Comstock narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Bloomingdale 51-48. The win made it back-to-back wins for Comstock.
Meanwhile, Cassopolis was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Bloomingdale 63-23 on the road. With that win, Cassopolis brought their scoring average up to 50.8 points per game.
It was another big night for Kenny May, who scored 22 points along with nine steals and seven rebounds. That's the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. Jadyn Brown was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with eight rebounds and five steals.
Comstock's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Cassopolis, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
