Basketball Recap: Ponitz Career Tech Comes Up Short

Ponitz Career Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Carroll Patriots, falling 74-49. The defeat was just more heartbreak for the Golden Panthers who fell 51-49 when the teams previously met back in March of 2017.

Ponitz Career Tech's loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Carroll, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ponitz Career Tech will square off against Thurgood Marshall at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Carroll, they will challenge Badin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
