Baseball Recap: Upper Arlington Takes a Loss

Upper Arlington lost against Grove City back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Golden Bears took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Greyhounds. The Golden Bears' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Upper Arlington's loss dropped their record down to 11-12. As for Grove City, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-7.

Coming up, Upper Arlington will host Westerville Central at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Warhawks will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Golden Bears surely won't give up without a fight. As for Grove City, they are taking a road trip to challenge Thomas Worthington at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
