Baseball Game Preview: St. Mary's Dragons vs. Lutheran Cougars

St. Mary is on a six-game streak of home losses, and Lutheran a five-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Monday. The St. Mary's Dragons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lutheran Cougars at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

St. Mary's lost 24-14 to University City on Thursday.

Noah Rohlfing made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all five of his plate appearances with six stolen bases, two runs, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of RJ McCoy, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Lutheran came up short against St. Dominic on Thursday, falling 9-3.

Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for St. Mary's, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
