It was a good run, but Indianola unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 5-2 to the Urbandale J-Hawks. The Indians were red-hot at the plate heading into the match (they scored no less than ten runs in the three games prior), but the J-Hawks' pitchers proved too tough.

Indianola's loss dropped their record down to 25-5. As for Urbandale, they pushed their record up to 11-18 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Indianola beat the J-Hawks by a score of 9-3 later that day.
