Recap: Freeman Scotties vs. Newport Grizzlies
The Freeman Scotties waltzed into their contest on Friday with 11 straight wins but they left with 12. They claimed a resounding 88-14 victory over Newport on the road. That 74 points margin sets a new team best for Freeman this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Freeman won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Riverside at 6:00 p.m. on January 27th. Riverside is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. As for Newport, Newport and Colville will face off at 7:15 p.m. on January 30th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Colville is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
