Softball Recap: Wayne Blue Devils vs. Mercy Monarchs
Wayne fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Mercy on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 7-3 to the Mercy Monarchs. As for Mercy, they will play host again on Tuesday to welcome Fort Calhoun, where first pitch is scheduled at 6:30 p.m. Fort Calhoun will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Mercy surely won't give up without a fight.
