West Cabarrus played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Jay M. Robinson Bulldogs, falling 42-10. The defeat continues a trend for the Wolverines in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost four in a row.

Aury Greenfield went supernova For Jay M. Robinson., throwing for 305 yards and five touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also rushing for 50 yards. Those five passing touchdowns gave Greenfield a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Londyn McElroy, who picked up 104 receiving yards and three TDs.

West Cabarrus' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Jay M. Robinson, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
