Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) won against Archbishop McCarthy last Saturday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) Stallions came out on top against the Schoolhouse Prep Wolfpack by a score of 4-1. The win was nothing new for the Stallions as they're now sitting on six straight.

Ava Stevens spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Jeneice Wright, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Leilani Gonzalez, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.

Somerset Academy (Silver Palms)'s record is now 8-3. As for Schoolhouse Prep, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Coincidentally, Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) and Schoolhouse Prep will both be playing St. Brendan the next time they take the field. Schoolhouse Prep will host St. Brendan at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
