Basketball Recap: Cossatot River Takes a Loss

Cossatot River suffered their biggest loss since October 27, 2023 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Lamar Warriors, falling 80-59.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lamar to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ben Noonan, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 12 boards. Noonan is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Kade Boen, who posted 19 points and five rebounds.

Cossatot River's defeat dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Lamar, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-3.

Cossatot River has already played their next matchup (against Mount Ida), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Lamar will challenge Subiaco Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th.
