Flag Football Recap: Chatfield Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Chatfield and Ralston Valley squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Chatfield had to settle for second. They came up short against the Mustangs, falling 29-6. The Chargers have struggled against the Mustangs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Ralston Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ashlyn Callahan, who picked up 123 receiving yards and three touchdowns. That's the most receiving touchdowns Callahan has posted since back in August. Kailyn Korkus was another key player, having thrown for 300 yards and four touchdowns.

Chatfield now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Ralston Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 13-3.

Chatfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ralston Valley, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 26-25 win against Cherry Creek on the 18th.
