Softball Recap: Christian Academy of Knoxville Warriors vs. Concord Christian Lions
Christian Academy of Knoxville came tearing into Monday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by a 17-1 margin over the Concord Christian Lions. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Emily Bogoski made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, seven RBI, and four runs. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.2 runs per game.
In other batting news, Gracie Kringen was incredible, scoring three runs while going 3-for-3. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March of 2024. Halle Bedwell was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.
