Chantilly proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 31) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged the Centreville Wildcats out 53-50. The victory was familiar territory for the Chargers, who have now won six games in a row.

Chantilly's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.5 points over those games. As for Centreville, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-3.
