Volleyball Game Preview: Serrano Diamondbacks vs. Burroughs Burros + How To Watch

The Serrano Diamondbacks are taking a road trip to take on the Burroughs Burros at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Wednesday, Serrano beat Oak Hills 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Diamondbacks.

Serrano was especially dominant in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 21-25, 25-17, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Burroughs got the win against Apple Valley on Wednesday by a conclusive 3-0. The Burros haven't had any issues with the Sun Devils recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

While Burroughs won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 25-23.

Serrano better keep an eye on Lillah O'Grady. She was instrumental in Burroughs' win, getting seven digs and four aces. That's the most aces O'Grady has posted since back in September.

Serrano now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Burroughs, their record now sits at 23-7.

Serrano took their victory against Burroughs in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Diamondbacks since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
