Volleyball Recap: Sumner Takes a Loss

Sumner was the 2-0 winner over Raytown South when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs fell 2-0 to the Cardinals on Saturday.

Sumner now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Raytown South, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-6.

Sumner has already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Winnetonka on the 13th. As for Raytown South, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Central on the 13th.
