Leading Thunderbird to victory were Bailey Thornton and Ema-Lee Burke. Thornton had five aces and four digs, while Burke had 19 digs and a kill. The dominant performance gave Thornton a new career-high in aces.
Thunderbird pushed their record up to 35-3 with the win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Eastmark, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 16-11 record.
