Baseball Recap: Atlantic Comes Up Short

Atlantic suffered their closest loss since May 28th on Thursday. They fell just short of the Red Oak Tigers by a score of 4-2. If the Trojans were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in June of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Atlantic's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Red Oak, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-11.

Coming up, Atlantic will host St. Albert on Tuesday. As for Red Oak, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-10 loss against Glenwood on the 27th.
