Volleyball Game Preview: Chesnee Eagles vs. Crescent Tigers

The Chesnee Eagles are taking a road trip to square off against the Crescent Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

On Tuesday, Chesnee made easy work of Blacksburg and carried off a 3-0 win.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Chesnee took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-5, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Crescent had to endure a three-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Belton-Honea Path on Tuesday.

The victory got Crescent back to even at 10-10. As for Chesnee, their win bumped their record up to 15-4-1.
