Fowler took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Rocky Ford, who comes in off a win.

Rocky Ford took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They took down Swallows Charter Academy 53-35. The victory continues a trend for the Meloneers in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Fowler played a tough game on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by McClave and fell 73-21. While losing is never fun, the Grizzlies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 215th, while the Cardinals are ranked 17th).

Rocky Ford's win bumped their record up to 4-13. As for Fowler, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Rocky Ford was dealt a bruising 53-21 loss at the hands of Fowler when the teams last played back in January of 2024. Can Rocky Ford avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
