Jake Garcia Dazzles in Baldwin Park Win
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Jake Garcia stepped things up a notch to give Baldwin Park the 'W'. Garcia was unstoppable, throwing for 187 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 passes, while also rushing for 36 yards and a touchdown.
This year, Garcia has thrown 21 touchdowns while averaging 189.3 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after nine games last season, he had six passing touchdowns.

Northview Wins Ninth-Straight Thanks to Keanu Tauvao
Keanu Tauvao was instrumental in extending Northview's winning streak to nine on Thursday. West Covina had no answer to Tauvao as he rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries. Tauvao's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 116 rushing yards.
Northview pushed their record up to 9-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Tauvao and Northview will head out to challenge Baldwin Park at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

San Dimas Gets a Boost from Morquecho in 30-22 Victory
Caleb Morquecho put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August on Friday. He rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.
Morquecho is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Diamond Ranch on Thursday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Morquecho saw the Panthers), he rushed for 276 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.8 yards per carry.
