Football Recap: Hansen Skates Past Dietrich with Ease + How To Watch

Hansen hadn't done well against Dietrich recently (they were 0-8 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Huskies breezed past the Blue Devils to the tune of 54-12. With that victory, the Huskies brought their scoring average up to 27.6 points per game.

Greyson Denney threw for 77 yards and one TD. Paul Eiman was his top target, picking up 37 receiving yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Carson Mulberry rushed for 139 yards and one score while picking up 8.2 yards per carry.

When it comes to explaining why Dietrich lost, don't look at Chase Norman. Despite the final result, he picked up 64 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 34 yards and one touchdown.

Hansen's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points over those games. As for Dietrich, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Hansen will host Shoshone at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dietrich, they will venture away from home to face off against Carey at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Devils will need to watch out since the Panthers have now posted at least 31 points in their last four games.
