Woodcreek came tearing into Wednesday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 57-45 win over the Vista del Lago Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 53-41 back in January.

Max VanLaningham continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 20 points. Another player making a difference was Zach Bualat, who posted 12 points.

Woodcreek pushed their record up to 21-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Vista del Lago, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-13 record this season.

Woodcreek will face off against Inderkum at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Vista del Lago, they will host Ponderosa at 7:30 p.m. on February 12th.
