Volleyball Recap: Grant Takes a Loss

If Grant was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Cordova on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pacers came up short against the McClatchy Lions on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Pacers have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-18, 25-16.

Grant's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for McClatchy, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Grant will challenge rival Kennedy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, McClatchy is set to take on their familiar foe Antelope at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
