Volleyball Recap: Hope Christian Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

With a playoff win on the line, Hope Christian rose to the challenge on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Taos Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Huskies as they're now sitting on three straight.

Alyssa Ortega was the offensive standout of the match as she had 12 digs and two aces. That's the most digs she has posted since back in October. The team also got some help courtesy of Lacey Henry, who had 14 assists and six digs.

Hope Christian's win bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Taos, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-8.

Hope Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Silver on the 13th. As for Taos, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Artesia on the 14th.
