Make it four blowout wins for the Sandy Creek Comets this season. They blew past Copenhagen 66-45. Winning may never get old, but Sandy Creek sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Copenhagen's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Samuel Carroll, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks, and Aydan Sheitz who scored nine points. Carroll hasn't dropped below two blocks for 12 straight games.

Sandy Creek is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. As for Copenhagen, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sandy Creek will play host again and welcome Red Creek, where tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Red Creek will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps New York Rankings (they are ranked 622nd, while Sandy Creek is ranked 302nd). As for Copenhagen, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lyme Central at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
