Football Game Preview: Park River Aggies vs. Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon Hornets + How To Watch

Park River is 0-8 against Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon since September of 2017 but things could change on Friday. The Aggies will square off against the Hornets. Park River's defense has only allowed 12 points per game this season, so Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Park River is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of North Dakota's top teams: Langdon/Edmore/Munich, who was ranked third at the time (Park River was ranked 14th). The Aggies came up short against Langdon/Edmore/Munich on Friday, falling 42-22. The loss was the Aggies' first of the season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Turtle Mountain 48-6. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Park River fell to 7-1. As for Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Park River suffered a grim 32-6 defeat to Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Aggies avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
