Basketball Recap: American Falls Comes Up Short

After flying high against Bear Lake last Saturday, American Falls came back down to earth. The American Falls Beavers fell just short of the Snake River Panthers by a score of 48-45 on Wednesday. The Beavers were not able to make up for their loss to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

American Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Snake River, their win was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. American Falls has already played their next contest (against Marsh Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Snake River will be playing in front of their home fans against Bear Lake at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Snake River is facing Bear Lake at the right time seeing as Bear Lake is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
