Basketball Game Preview: Hamilton/Audubon vs. South Cardinals

Hamilton/Audubon will venture away from home to face off against the South Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Tuesday, Hamilton/Audubon was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 68-67 to Milwaukee Reagan. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Hamilton/Audubon came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while Milwaukee Reagan is ranked 396th).

Meanwhile, South blew past Milwaukee Reagan, posting a 60-30 win. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 21 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for South and bumps their season record up to 9-1. As for Hamilton/Audubon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.
